Free worksheets
Free worksheets cost nothing, so no refund applies.
Paid workbooks and bundles
Because workbooks are digital files that you can download straight after payment, orders cannot be cancelled and we do not normally give refunds once the file has been delivered. Please look at the free worksheets and sample pages for each topic before you buy.
When we will help
Please email us within 7 days of payment if:
- you paid but did not receive the download link,
- the file does not open or is damaged,
- you were charged twice for the same order, or
- you bought the wrong workbook by mistake and have not downloaded it.
We will send the correct file, or give a full refund to your original payment method. Approved refunds are processed within 7 working days.
